The hotel is near the bus station and a fair distance from the main city restaurants. The rooms were decent in terms of cleanliness and spacious enough.
Good thing about this hotel is you can have onsen and private onsen for compliment

Disliked: Cleanliness
A place stuck in time but not in a good way I recommend to skip if you can afford better places in the area, the room was old and lack of proper maintenance ex: the AC filters were full of dust, the carpet had stains and the celling of the bathroom had a mold spot.
On top of that, we felt that the clerk at the reception refereded to us as "gaijin" in a disrespectful way when we book for the diner.
Nice simple 200 or so room hotel up in the hills of Hakone. Definitely nothing fancy and no nearby restaurants within easy walk, but small and comfy rooms at a reasonable price.
I was there for golf the next day and drove, so easy one night stay before golfing and returning back to Tokyo. Nice onsen baths, and good basic accommodation.
