「The staff is very friendly. Bathrooms and shower room were shared but there is an easy system to make sure no one is in each others way. Room was very spacious, great amenities, gave good recommendations for dinner and things to do. Free coffee and tea in the morning. Would stay again (plus the cat visited each night and was adorable). 」

「東橫 INN作為連鎖酒店品牌一向有口碑，這一家小田原站東橫 INN離小田原站很近，而斜對面就是MINAKA小田原，是幢複合性商業設施，吃、買也不愁，再者，小田原站本身就已經有一個小商場，設超市、餐廳及其他商店。我們選的是雙床房，比預期大，擺放物品空間足，早餐是自助形式，選擇豐富，偏向日式，而且，方便趕早車的客人，提供外帶盒，可以自助取一大份「早餐便當」。個人而言，如果不一定要住溫泉旅館，住在小田原感覺更方便，因為在箱根裡面，很多店舖也很早關門。」

「This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. 「第一次住民宿，整體來說很不錯 設備新，地點佳。離車站步行約10分鐘，民宿旁就有7-11. 但我們入住兩天，毛巾只有一天用。隔天沒有更換毛巾。所以毛巾第二天還是濕的。因為第一次住民宿，所以不太清楚是不是不需更換。但整體入住感覺不錯。」

Room onsen is absolutely stunning but the outdoor shower area need some guts to use in winter. Overall speaking, you must try this if u want good kaiseki and outdoor onsen.」
