"The hotel & staff itself was very nice. It was a small Miscommunication prior to my arrival BUT the manager on duty made it right. He literally saved the day . "

"The room had bugs, the fridge was leaking water, they didn’t give us clean towels and rags, didn’t clean room, sink and tub was stopped up. "

"There were restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. Very close to airport with shuttle provided."

"The entrance to this place has a weird curb right in the middle of the entrance its not painted and blends in with the pavement at night you can not see it. I hit it and have knocked something loose in the front end of truck and the property owner says its not thier fault like paint it or put a light there so it can be seen at night!!"

"The property was clean and very quiet. It has everything on site for a comfortable stay. I was in town for work for a week and staying here was much more pleasant and less expensive than staying in a local hotel for a week. "

"Great room, awesome staff, comfortable beds superb breakfast. It was the best hotel of our whole trip. We travelled from Canada down to the Florida Keys and back up to Jacksonville. "

"Rooms were very clean, housekeeping staff was great. Breakfast was just ok, no spoons the last two days, no milk Outside pool area - tables broken Shampoo and body wash only, no conditioner, lotion, etc. "

"We arrived after 11:00 PM from a long flight. The front desk managers were so friendly and extremely helpful as I couldn’t find my wallet although my Resversation was paid in advance. I began to panic because I had my drivers license in my wallet. The two of them commonly begin to ask me for other photo ID and that worked out. I’m so thankful for their patience and kindness and the warm cookies they sent me to my room with. The property was clean and safely well lit from the parking lot to our room. Our room was spacious, perfectly cleaned and we slap on the most comfortable beds we had been in during the week we were gone on vacation. Of course checkout was easy. As a Hilton Honors member I highly recommend this property. And look forward to staying here in the future."
