Inside of property OK, outside very rundown!

The inside was as described and acceptable. The street that property is on is derelict and unsightly. As reported, noise from local bars/clubs was a nuisance. Luckily, the part of town behind the property is quite nice. Parking across the street as described was not available and we had difficulty finding parking.
