"If you want the hustle and bustle of Times Square this is the perfect location. Excellent views from higher floors and the room and hotel are very clean. The staff was very helpful and upgraded us to a higher floor when we checked in. If it’s your first time in New York City, this is a great location Midtown so you can take the subway."

"A nice budget hotel. Staff was very helpful and the rooms were very nice and clean. Not much in the way of amenities and the room's smoke alarm was duck taped to the ceiling and falling down. Bathroom had a hole in the ceiling and it dripped water. Overall it was fine and I would have no problem staying there again"

"Decently close to public transportation and quiet for the most part. Room was decently clean and bathroom was nice. I asked about storing my bags before check-in and was told we could but when I arrived I needed a code to get in and was told that they couldn’t provide it until later. Thankfully a woman was leaving when we arrived and we were able to enter the hotel and store our bags. The other incident we encountered happened our second night. We were sleeping peacefully and around 5:30 am we were abruptly woken up by yelling and screaming of gibberish and obscenities. Since the hotel is unstaffed, we assume someone snuck in the front door and roamed around the hotel. We felt unsafe and could not get relaxed enough to go back to sleep once the yelling ended. If they had someone on site this probably wouldn’t have happened. "
