"This was the perfect spot for me to stay while I was solo traveling in NYC! My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and was cleaned every day. The property is centrally located in Manhattan and 3 minutes away from the nearest subway station. It was pretty quiet considering and I never had to wait for a bathroom. The rooftop terrace was also beautiful, I couldn't believe what I got for such a great price. I will definitely be back on my next trip to NYC."

"This was the smallest room I have ever seen for 2 people with 2 twin beds. The beds fill mainly the room. Not even space enough to move a suitcase around the beds. No chair or table. You literally have the bed and TV on the wall and that's it. Also not second toilet paper roll. Had to go get it myself. Bathroom was good. But towels had long black hair all over on it."

"The staff were really great, and the room itself was definitely clean. However, there wasn't any coffee provided in the room, and the space was quite small."

"The hotel isn't in a great area - very industrial, a lot of litter. The room and bathroom are very basic. When I arrived I was told I had to provide a $100 cash deposit. I wasn't previously told this so I had no cash. They "conveniently" have an ATM in the lobby. $4 fee."

"This was a horrible stay. There is no front desk, the customer service is someone from India. The room was filthy, dust and food on the ground and bathroom. My husband and I got so sick from allergies due to this room. I had to bring cleaning supplies myself and clean the room after the customer service denied cleaning/housekeeping service. The walls are very thin. The elevator is also broken. The code situation is also unsafe, people are just walking into the lobby and hanging out there without a code. Never booking with them again."

"This is a great part of town to stay in -- less touristy, very quiet at night, just 1 block from a subway station that can get you wherever you need to go."
