Breakfast only available 8.30 -9 am even though the information card in the room states 8.30-9.30, was told this is only at weekends? So why doesn’t information card state this? Two of us went for breakfast after 9 and was refused. Chef was only able to make a bacon sandwich. Coffee was thick and gloopy and undrinkable . When the professional gentleman returned he took us to our table which had our room number on it. Furthermore, she proceeded to serve a tall, good looking man who approached the bar way after we had been standing a waiting.」

"A lovely hotel in a beautiful historic building, full of character and charm. Our stay was very comfortable, and the location was excellent—within easy walking distance of the colleges and main attractions. The reception staff were all warm and friendly, especially Michelle, who made us feel truly at home. A wonderful place to stay in Cambridge. Highly recommended!"
