“My stay was almost excellent. A lovely, clean room with good facilities and a comfy bed. The staff were mostly great - especially in Branfords where the female staff in particular were hardworking, super-friendly and cheerful and in the gym/spa where they were all pleasant and helpful. I had a lovely massage by Teira (?) and enjoyed the warm pool and jacuzzi. The breakfasts were excellent too. The maids worked hard also and were very sweet. Low spots were for me, as a woman staying alone for……

“Decent facilities and room for the prices so good value for money. We dealt with Richard who was helpful and upfront. Room came with fridge, microwave and cooker so that was good. Was able to also get secure parking for car. The process of parking is a bit manual though, requiring someone to open a lock with a key and manually lift barrier. Could do with a modern barrier system. Only other negative, very difficult to communicate with Hotel beforehand but all works out when you get a text……

“This hotel is an excellent choice for people wishing to stay on the east side of Norwich. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main link roads.The staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are to the usual Premier Inn standard so you know what to expect. I found the bedroom to be comfortable and very quiet, so yes, I did get a good night's sleep every night. The breakfast is served in the adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant. I had the full cooked breakfast and it was very good.”

“Really great, absolutely spotless room. Lovely shower. As some of the other reviews suggest, it could do with some hooks for coats and bath towels, and maybe a shelf for toiletries in the shower. ”
