「The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)」

「This is an apartment that will provide for your daily needs. The location is great and I will stay again. The bed was comfortable. However, the room feels small and there is no mirrors to make it feel larger. The chair could be more comfortable but if you don't do desk work much, that is ok. You need to throw out your own trash weekly. The upside is you can have more trash and not have to rely on hotel service to dispose of. Feels like home to me.」

「This was an awesome place with a great location. Close to transit but few tourists. It was perfect for our family of four. (The futons were so comfortable, we bought the same one for our bed when we got home.) Would highly recommend!」

「This was our home base for a month during our 3 months in Japan. Yukari and Eichii were the best hosts anyone could ever hope for! The apartment was great - good Wifi (in case you plan to work during your stay), modern well appointed kitchen & laundry / bathroom, and everything you'd need for a clean, comfortable stay. The location is well connected to the Hibiya and Tozai subway lines, so really easy to access the rest of Tokyo and beyond, while still being in a neighborhood with a community...

「We payed a price which is 5 times more costly than the price of a modest apartment as it was. Beds very uncomfortable and bed rooms very tiny.Location good and toilet very Japanese. 」

「The rooms is very comfortable place, keep very clean, just need 10 mins to Shimbushi Station. Near the station has many hrs open restaurant and pub opens at midnight that we can have beer and meal at very late night. The owner is a very nice person, nice to chat and we have had an awesome night to talk about Hong Kong Politics Protest situation. Thanks for all support to H.K.」
