"The B&B itself was excellent! Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, attentive friendly hosts, and superb four course breakfast each day. The only drawback was the neighborhood. It is a short walk to many restaurants but there were a lot of vagrants along the way and we did not feel safe. The city of Buffalo can do a better job of supporting such wonderful establishments. "

Keep in mind it is cozy 7 quaint and lots of stuff or large people will struggle with the wiggle room but if that doesn't scare you, everything else is special. The breakfasts were divine and made us feel like we were fine dining. Loved all the extra touches provided."

"We had the great fortune of renting this property with our adult children for the eclipse. Wonderful, cozy home with several sitting areas so we all had our own little area to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beach was lovely and unique with great views of the Buffalo skyline. Went to a Sabres game and we were home in 17 minutes. Will definitely rent again."

"Everything was as advertised. Very comfortable and accommodating house for 7 people. The sunset views were spectacular. Conveniently located near pizza, gas station, liquor store & restaurant. Easy to get to. The house has everything you will need for a trip."
