Unique and wonderful experience

There were eight of us that stayed very comfortably in the houseboat. We had an excellent time, taking out the canoes and exploring the canals leading to a pretty lake that was fun to fish in the neighborhood was beautiful and walkable and public transportation was very close we would highly recommend this and stay there again. It was a beautiful experience.

A Magical Escape on the Water

From the moment we stepped onto the houseboat, we knew we were in for a treat! Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary, and I can't recommend this experience highly enough. The houseboat itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and the cosy living areas and bedrooms. The hosts had thoughtfully provided all the essentials, from cookware to cozy blankets for cooler evenings. Speaking of the Henning, our host, he was welcoming, and incredibly attentive. His hospitality was genuine and heartfelt, making our stay even more memorable. The location was ideal- with local shops for food and just a short hop on the train into central Hamburg. If you're looking for a unique getaway, that’s something different from staying in a hotel or renting an apartment, this houseboat is the perfect choice.

We've had a wunderful time at the houseboat Peissnitz. Bedrooms and toilet bath on lower area, well-equipped kitchen and lounge, on upper level.There are several spots on the boat, to sit and enjoy weather, water and the birds.We also used the kanoes, really nice to have that possibility, on our vacation.The houseboat is set at a prfect place, easy to get around in Hamburg

Floating fantastic

Peissnitz hausbout was a truly fabulous experience. Plenty of beds, living space, well appointed kitchen and bathroom, outdoor decks all made it a relaxed and comfortable stay. The wildlife on the canal - ducks, swans, otter, swimmers, canoeists and rowers all made it a fun place but quiet and private. Can’t wait to stay again. Herring was delightful and helpful making booking, arrival and departure process easy too.

We felt very welcome at the houseboat. Extra special features included a fruit basket, flowers on the tables, and all needs met that people have when travelling. There was a wonderful deck, easy transportation, adequate cooking facilities and all you need for duck feeding!

The best VRBO we have ever stayed at.

The houseboat is amazing. Lots of space for everyone. Very very clean, great kitchen appliances. The location is perfect. The hosts were very friendly, amazingly helpful. It is the best (out of 100’s) stay we have ever had!!!We will come back and recommend to all our friends.

Wundervolle Tage in Hamburg

Die Peissnitz ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Lage am Kanal ist sehr schön naturnah und ruhig und trotzdem ist die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Wir waren zu 5. aber es wäre auch noch gut Platz für ein paar Leute mehr gewesen. Uns hat sehr gefallen dass man direkt vom Boot mit dem Kanu in Richtung Alster losfahren kann.Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Peissnitz - das Traumwohnschiff

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche über Silvester auf der Peissnitz. Das Schiff liegt sehr zentral im schönen Hamburg, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung auf dem Schiff lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war während der ganzen Zeit vorbildlich. Am meisten vermissen wir schon jetzt das leichte Schaukeln. Eine traumhafte Woche

Wir hatten ein wunderschöne Woche in Hamburg auf der Peissnitz. Schnell in der Stadt und doch auch Ruhe am Wasser. Das Hausboot ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt oder man bestellt bei einem der zahlreichen Lebensmittellieferdiensten.

A wonderful, relaxing house on the canal

If we only knew how wonderful this place was, we would have stayed longer. The houseboat is spacious, the kitchen is modern and well-equipped, and the amenities are thoughtful. We highly recommend the houseboat Our family of five stayed here comfortably. It was relaxing waking up with the birds chirping on the nearby trees and the swans swimming by in the canal. The kitchen and the eating area was big enough to enjoy a large family meal. And the large outdoor space offered opportunities to enjoy a morning coffee or a meal al fresco. The bedrooms and sleeping areas were spacious. The houseboat is located near two train stops allowing easy access to different parts of Hamburg. And the houseboat is also close to a shopping center with a two grocery stores and bakery. Hamburg is a wonderful city and worth a return visit; our visit was made all the better by staying in the houseboat.

Heille nostamme hattua heidän hienosta omasta suunnittelustaan ja toteutuksestaan: rahtilaivasta laivakoti. ! Ja niin moderni kaikkineen. Varustus keittiöstä kylpyhuoneisiin asti 120% joka puolella. Oli vain sääli että meillä oli vain kolme päivää aikaa. Jos mahdollista, suosittelen tuleville vuokraajille pidempää aikaa nauttia Peißnitzillä! Kiitos❤️🙋‍♀️

Tolle, haustierfreundliche Unterkunft in super Lage!

Eine Ferienwohnung in Hamburg für sieben Erwachsene und Hund zu finden, mit mindestens vier Schlafzimmern, schien unmöglich zu sein. Die Lösung: Die Peißnitz! Ein modernes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Hausboot mit bestens ausgestatteter Küche in super Lage, viel Grün drumherum mit guter Anbindung und den ÖPNV. Auch unsere Hündin war hier herzlich willkommen.

Wunderschönes Hausboot in ruhiger Lage

Wir können den Aufenthalt auf der Peissnitz nur empfehlen! Das Hausboot ist bestens ausgestattet und super schön. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und Schlüsselübergabe hat super funktioniert. Herr und Frau Bossow waren sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Bootes ist ebenfalls super - zentral und trotzdem ruhig und in der Natur. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Was Besonderes

Frau und Herr Bossow sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter! Dank ihrer erlebten wir ein ganz besonderes Weihnachtsfest auf der Peissnitz. Das Schiff ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber, wir haben uns mit sieben Personen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir fanden alles wie beschrieben vor. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über den Weihnachtsbaum. Auch unsere Anreise mit der DB war komplikationslos. Vom Hamburger Hauptbahnhof erreicht man mit der U3 die Station Hamburger Straße und läuft nur wenige Minuten bis zum Schiff. Nochmals herzlichen Dank!!!
