“Great stay right in downtown Chattanooga. Not your usual boring hotel. ”

“This property is atrocious. It should be a Motel 6. It was filthy, there were homeless people fighting in the parking lot, someone was throwing bricks over the side at the parked cars. My grandson and I booked this hotel based of the the previous ratings. We were too scared to walk to our room. We left and booked a room at the Westin. ”

“Breakfast could have more options but if you like bagels it's fine. Parking is easy and rooms were clean. Staff was great.”

“Great location, parking was very close by and convenient. I get the price being a little higher than normal because of the location. One working elevator was a bit of a hang up then my room wasn’t cleaned after my first night so I don’t know what went wrong there. I checked out the next day so there was no need to make a big deal about it in my opinion but it may not be the case with the next person.”

“The property was very clean and the staff was helpful and very cordial. The Inn is located conveniently close to the major thoroughfares in the area. The restaurant being located in the property is great and the food was very good.”

“The room was all I needed and expected. No breakfast as I have a gluten free diet. Parking was horrible, trucks were parked in the front taking up to six spaces. There was plenty of space for them in the back. ”

“Staff so supportive and kind understanding I was in Chattanooga for medical emergency. Breakfast great, free laundromat, towels as needed except once, building and interior very dated. They should do a remodel it’s a great walking downtown location! ”

“From what little interaction i had with staff was good. Hotel lobby and room were clean. I could hear music and noises coming from other rooms easier than in other hotel's ive used. I didn't care for the super bright white light bulbs in the room, made me feel at night as if i were in a hospital room. Overall no major complaints outside of the light bulbs.”
