"We had a great stay at the Lotte Hotel. The room was beautiful, and the restaurant and food were amazing. The only small drawback was the mattress quality. Would still happily stay again."
"This room was so fun and we loved it. Got it for the pull out couch and it was actually broken but they did bring in two roll away beds and that worked great. It was roomy and and spacious for 5"

"It was a great day. The hotel was clean and roomie. The hotel is located close to many attractions that were walkable 13 minute walk to Pike market and the Seattle space needle. we really enjoyed our staying we’ll be back."
"Very nice hotel, very clean, well located and wonderful staff, Chris the front desk guy that was when I checked in, was amazing! Very nice and helpful. The housekeeper does very good job. Room was very clean! Thank you for excellent service and hoping can back soo!"
"The room was clean and comfortable, had a nice view of the skyline, and even though I was right over a busy street the noise did not come in at all.
The staff was very friendly and easy to work with, the check-in process was seamless, and the stay was overall very pleasant.
I didn't get any use out of it because it was late December, but they also have a lovely rooftop that is available 24/7. I will definitely be staying with them again, and hope to take advantage of it when the season allows!
They also had free snacks in the room, which was nice!"
