“The staff was great. When I arrived it was a dog barking loudly in the room right next to me. The staff moved me to another room without a problem. The hotel was very clean BUT my only problem is the walls are super thin. I could hear everything going on in the room beside me. I had to sleep with the tv on in order to get some sleep ”

“The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. ”

“First entry, keys did not work. WiFi did not work. I was told “it’s sometimes hard to get it on your computer. TVs are not smart TVs for streaming. Large bleach stains in hallways.”

“Staff are rude , frown and rolls their eyes if you walk by while they are mapping the floor and if you tell them that your puppies had an accident in the hallway. Staff are lacking quality customer service , they don't smile , they won't greet you hello ! Good morning . As if they are not too happy with what they are doing. Guest are like invisibles to their eyes . The hotel itself was very nice and clean , but it's about the staff customer service that plays a huge role in a customers……
