Only 1/2 block to the Hampton Beach boardwalk, sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Shops, Restaurants, Entertainment and fun. Enjoy the Casino Ballroom, the Half Shell Stage, shops, arcades, restaurants, and over a mile of scenic paved sidewalk along the beach.

Unit 43 at Colonial Seaside Condos offers modern, tastefully decorated, air-conditioned accommodations located one floor up from the ground-level compact parking garage (note, there is no elevator). Perfect for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, this unit features:

Bedroom: Private bedroom with a queen-size bed.

Living Area: Full-size sofa sleeper in the living room, which opens to the kitchen/dining area.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary cooking/eating utensils.

Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, cable, and flat-screen TVs in each room.

As a privately owned condominium, we do not offer daily maid service but provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, basic cleaning supplies, and an iron/ironing board. Bedspreads and blankets are provided. Bring your own Linens, towels and personal items. Linens and towels can also be added for an additional charge. Relax outdoors on small balconies on both sides of the unit with Adirondack chairs.

While our property is not waterfront, you can still enjoy side views of the water which is at the end of the block, by walking up to the common balcony at the front of the building. Just seeing the water is relaxing in itself. Wouldn't you agree?
