The decor is fitting. The home has off street parking. Very responsive owners. It truly is a treat if you want to walk to the beautiful beach!

Cozy beds in a wonderful location!

My sister and I brought our kids for an overnight stay and had a wonderful time. All the amenities and special touches provided helped enhance the night even more. From the easy to use Wi-Fi, smart TV, books for the kids, kitchen tools, and extra sheets/towels pillows- they thought of mostly everything! The beds were EXTREMELY comfy and cozy, but the bedrooms didn’t seem to have their own heat. This wouldn’t be a problem in the summer and the mini split was a nice feature located in the living room, but we had it jacked up to 80 and were still a little cold this time of year and needed to keep the bedroom doors closed due to the kids. The only other down side was seating. There was a couch big enough for 3 adults or 4 kids, which left my sister and I in a rocking chair and a high top chair. Other than that, this place is a gem! Worth the stay!

Great stay

We had a great time, they really maxed out and made the space flexible for visitors. We also had a large dog. Neighborhood was great and with the AC you really couldn’t hear traffic.You can fit six but I think five would make it most comfortable.

Fantastic cottage close to the beach

Really nice cottage, inside and out. Walked to the beach every day (just a couple of blocks). Up to date kitchen and plenty of room. Would definitely stay there again.

The queen bed was like something outside of heaven. I could have spent hours just lounging on that bed. The detailed guide for check in was a great asset. Not far from the beach and all of the local activities.

Perfect stay!

My wife, 2 year old daughter, and I stayed here for 3 nights. We had a great experience. The cottage was exactly as pictured and very clean. Check-in was a breeze with the use of the digital keypad so we could check-in whenever and not have to meet anyone for a key. It’s a very convenient location and walking to to beach was very easy even with a 2 year old and a bunch of beach gear. I highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again.

Cute Beach Cottage

Nice beach cottage. Blown away by the responsiveness of owner, Chris. Only downside was construction going on behind the house, made it difficult to access and use the outdoor shower. They also started working at 6am on a Monday morning, but that isn’t permanent or under the owners control so I would definitely rent here again.

Okay stay…

The cottage is tiny and cute. It has a great location since it’s a straight walk to the beach. It was super quiet, which is really important to us. However… the cottage was a little “rustic” for me. No real little luxuries or amenities, and for the price we paid, I wasn’t super impressed. First of all, the place was not nearly as clean as I would expect. The blankets and decorative pillows had visible dirt on them. The bedroom door was literally crusty around the doorknob. The bathroom smelled of mildew. The dishes were not cleaned properly - I took a stack of plates down one day and there was sticky gunk on the bottom of them, and there was hardened food on the forks in the drawer. Please, invest in a small dishwasher! That is truly gross and unsanitary. In addition, the parking situation was ridiculous. I don’t think I fully realized that I would have to negotiate with perfect strangers when trying to use my car during a stay that I paid thousands for. That was extremely awkward, so we ended up parking down the street for nearly our entire stay. If you are low-maintenance, you’d probably enjoy this cottage. It was a quiet little respite for us while we waited for our new place to be ready, and we appreciate that it is pet-friendly. However, it would need some updates for me to be happy there.
