「I have stayed at this property many times. It is 5 Star service all the way. This property is especially nice in the Summer months with the pool and seaside amenities. We enjoyed our Christmas stay and the Christmas brunch. Staff treat you like royalty and have been consistent in all of our visits to this property.」

「I booked this stay literally from the Beirut airport 10 minutes before I arrived at the property. I could not have been happier with my choice. My room was overlooking the pool and ocean and it could not have been more beautiful. The front desk staff was very helpful with everything that I needed, even if I was challenged more than once by staff that looked like they were searching for a reason to kick me out. 「I arrived to the airport around 01:40am. Ease to get to the accommodation. Location on maps a bit off, but I received good help from staff at Duroy Hotel nearby. The Nightmanager at Universal Residence could not find my booking but found a room for me. That was around 02:20am. I checked out at 09:00am where the issue had been solved in the meantime. The accommodation could do with some maintenance, but the bed was fine and room nicely furnished. 」

The house has been immaculately restored and the rooms, bright, clean and thoughtfully laid out, are a delight to stay in.
