漢考克縣酒店，漢考克縣平住宿優惠推介

「Clean room」

「A really terrible experience... It's awful that the heating can't control the temperature.」

「convenient for business, free wifi, many restaurants are close by, we got there around 13:00 but still got to check in our room. clean and quiet」

「While the rooms and the hotel still keeps their charm, the ONU Board has decided to close the bar AND the kitchen so there is ZERO Room Service or options for drinks after a long day. Considering they should be aware of the remote location of the school and hotel closing these services even on weekends the school has full events going on is a very dumb decision, not to mention they still market themselves as having room service available.」

「Easy to find, just off I-75, check in was easy, breakfast was good. The hotel is a little older but it’s still nice. I would recommend it.」

「Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast.」

「Room was great, easy check in. The chair in my room was very dirty from wear and tear though. I did inform the front desk and they were aware of it already」

「Only one ice machine on the first floor. Indoor pool was very chilly. The door to room was very heavy.」

「Will stay Asian」

「What a different experience a year and a half later! I stayed at this hotel about a year and a half ago and rated it 10/10 at the time, so when I was passing through the area again, I decided to stay a second time. I was very disappointed! The concrete parking lot is not maintained and is crumbling and filled with pot holes. The carpet in the elevator was dirty, stained, and loose. Tile grout on the bathroom floor was black with filth. Shower tile grout was moldy; looked like it had not been...

「Great staff support and food」

「THey need to address the mold in bathroom and clean room better.」
