“This is a true “old” Maine experience. The young, energetic staff greeted us with a warm welcome and continually checked to make sure our needs were met. The rooms were decorated in nautical themes. They were not large but well proportioned. Th bed was fantastic. The bed linens and bath towels were excellent and EVERYTHING was spotless. It was such a nice change from commercial properties. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We high,y recommend this lovely inn. ”

“The property was in a perfect location. Close enough to easily walk to everything in downtown Bar Harbor but still was a quiet neighborhood. It included parking which isa major plus. And of course, Acadia National Park is only 15 min. away. We had a wonderful stay”

“Loved being within walking distance of everything in town! We used the car only to go up to Acadia and walked everywhere else. Showers were hot and bed was comfortable. I don’t know if it was the bed or the walking, but it was the best sleep I’ve had in quite awhile. Must be happiness!”
