“We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered……

“The property is absolutely gorgeous. Tge views are mesmerizing. The villa is brand new. Absolute attention to detail carefully thought through. The stuff went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% comfortable at all times. The food is delicious. Definitely try spa services and the flower bath. I will definitely be back!! ”

“It's a beautiful newish property with spectacular views!! It was clean and staff was super helpful and friendly. The only negative is that it is hard to find - no signs on main street and kind of bad path off the main road. The outside of the property seems to be worked on still so hopefully it will all be resolved once finished. Also not much to do right around there - but that is probably the case for many places around Bali.”

“没想到这个酒店在国内如此知名，其实地段在比较偏僻的北部，主要靠包车前往，所以千万不要只定一天哦，要多住几日才能更好的感受它的美，入住后发现70%的住客都是来自祖国的，泳池和传说中的一样美，房价和餐饮的价格都很实惠，有自己的咖啡园，所以咖啡好喝，走的时候顺便买了几包，早餐是现做的，就是量有点少，大胃王表示有点吃不饱！”
