"We stayed 4 nights. Initially the room appeared decently clean but then we discovered a cockroach running on the main table. We were given another room. The bathroom sink would hardly drain. Shower water pressure was poor. AC worked well. Microwave didn’t work so they came up and replaced it. Fridge worked fine. It was just enough to stay for few nights. "

"Nasty room, the tub pops when you stand in it. One of the bathroom floor boards came up when I stepped out of the tub, the bedroom walls had big holes in patch spots in them and black mold, the sheets on the bed had spots on them like they had not been washed, the kids and people that live there were playing football in the parking lot and hitting cars with the football, I came back from getting dinner. There was marijuana being smoked in the front of the hotel. Tre was awesome and a great person to deal with, but there was a guy that worked night shift and he was outside smoking most of the night and I asked to switch rooms because my room was so bad and he said I can either switch to another room or I can go ahead and leave and check out. The hotel has dogs that are living there full-time that bark all night and there are kids that run up and down the hall screaming all hours of the night and crying. Also, there was no smoke alarm and no fire detectors anywhere in the building you get off the elevator and the fire pull station was deactivated. If there was a fire in the building, no one would be notified. I was also told by one of the workers that electricians had messed up the wiring in the building when they had to rewire the building and they got wires crossed, so the switches in the rooms are messed up."

"I just want to say how exceptional the hostess was. She was kind, welcoming, and made the check in comfortable right away. Her attention to detail and friendly personality made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to come across someone who cares so much about making guests feel valued. She did an amazing job! The house was fabulous, better than the pictures. "

"During my stay, I did not feel very welcomed by the front desk staff. When I arrived to check in, the front desk associate was not very friendly. I handed her my card directly, but she returned it by placing it on the counter instead of handing it back to me. Small gestures like that can say a lot about customer service. While waiting for my check-in to be completed, I noticed her interactions with other guests were much warmer and more engaging. She was asking other guests if their rooms were okay and speaking to them in a very friendly manner. When I came down from my room later, I did not receive the same level of acknowledgment or enthusiasm. I will say that one staff member—a woman I encountered near the elevator—was very pleasant and kind. Unfortunately, the night front desk associate was also not very welcoming. Overall, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and as though certain guests were treated more favorably than others. Because of that, I would likely choose another property for future stays. Caucasian people were treated better."

"Don’t let the location fool you!!! Very outdated and in the need of renovation $100 deposit but tub was ragedy plugs falling apart, dripping faucet all night in the kitchen . Peeling cracked sofa, old fridge and dish washer falling apart. Beautiful location of property but need to work on property before renting but if u a single person not picky and just want a place to lay you get it for a good price. You pay for what you get"
