"The Langham Hotel is located in a great part of town, close to many shops and train station. The staff is nice and friendly, and our room was huge and spacious. "

"I booked a deluxe Harbor view room. When I checked in, they gave me a room on 6th floor literally parking lot view with 2 big cruises boat parked on each side of the parking lot. I went down to the front desk and ask for a room change. The front desk ask what was wrong with the room. I told him I booked a deluxe harbor view room not a parking lot view. He changed to the same room but 15th floor. Not ideal but acceptable. Other than that, everything else was great!"
