beds are hard and lumpy. the young man gave us the room closest to the lobby so you heard everyone which woke me up quite a few times.

Basic motel that had super clean rooms with very nice beds. It suited our needs for a one night stay while in town for a convention. Would highly recommend for "no frills" place to stay in Hannibal at a great price.

The bed was very nice, parking was conveniently close by, the room was spacious & clean, there was a nice little desk & chair, the hvac unit worked perfectly & was easy to use, & I was very glad to see a Gideon Bible in the nightstand ; but there were ants at the sink, there was no light directly over the sink, & the bathroom door was splintered at the bottom; the walls were thin & I could hear the guests in the next room; & the light beside the desk was not bright enough.

Our check in and check out guy was very friendly (not so much the others over the weekend.) The room itself was clean. The property was mostly well maintained. But the complaints I have are that the pool was not usable (green) and there was no sign on the door to the pool to say it was not in service. Also it would be nice if Coffee was available more than just a couple of hours in the morning. A strange thing was they would take the used hand towels and wash cloths but not the bath towels and then not leave new clean ones!
It was nice there is a restaurant right next door but only open from 7am -2pm. Got to go to breakfast- big portions and friendly service.

No toiletries in the room. No kleenex. Taking a shower was a challenge the tub was slippery. Floors dirty white socks were black.

They said they had a pool but it was not working and looked like it was never used and the people who worked or owned it were living down the hall from the pool and had their door open. The hall was dark to the pool and the pool had water in it but it was dirty and the area was run down. Disappointed!!
