I walked around by myself in the area for a few miles and it was safe. The theatre and convention center are an easy walk for broadway shows. 「Location and front desk staff are excellent. My room had plumbing issues two days out of my stay. Engineering took a while to respond both times. Room didn’t have drinking glasses or coffee creamer.」

「Attended my son’s college graduation from Rockhurst University and the hotel was so convenient to everywhere we needed to be. Staff was very friendly!」

「When i checked into my room the air conditioner was making this constant buzzing noise so i went to the front desk and asked if it ever shut off. Without hesitation the maintenance man jump in and checked it out. He ended up changing out the old one for a new one. Excellent way to start my stay. Thank you. Everyone was very nice. 」
