“Spacious ground-floor apartment in hosts’ residence with modern, high end amenities and private entrance and spacious private garden in residential neighborhood. Was ideal for our week-long stay visiting nearby family. The host greeted us when we arrived and was fully attentive to our questions and needs, yet non-intrusive. We look forward to rebooking this stay on our next visit to this region. ”

“The apartment is lovely and feels like a warm hug on a rainy Seattle weekend. The host keeps everything super clean and has all the right touches with conveniences in every room without it feeling hectic - it is roomy and inviting. And the shower and water pressure is wonderful too! Highly recommend.”

“Yes, quite so. Only critique of amenities is that the footing on the outdoor path needs to be firmer: stepping tiles felt loose. Also, the parking spot north of the garage was where we were directed to park but it was virtually unusable for our mid-compact car -- hedge needs trimming. However, the host himself told us where could alternately park. He happened to be there but if he had not been it could be confusing.”

“This property was perfect for what we needed. It was close to the grandkids we were visiting as well as walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and other businesses. The host is responsive and accommodating. Yes, you can hear the people living upstairs but this did not bother us at all. We hope to stay here again in the future. ”

“An honest review: this is a daylight basement so know that going in. The decor is great and it’s nicely updated. I had really frustrating communication issues with the host on more than one occasion which means that I will definitely not stay here again. The 10am checkout time is very unreasonable, and the cleaners knocked on the door early at 9:40am, when i brought this to the host he was flippant. I don’t love microfiber bedding/sheets, but that’s a personal preference. Pillows were not great……

“Cute little rooms backed off the hwy so quiet also. If the had quicker communication between Vacsa and the off site manager things would be smoother. We had a bathroom issue that seemed to take a long time to work out while we are trying to leave for son's wedding But these cute little rooms are comfortable, clean and have extra towels!! They could use updated toilets, those short little toilets they have are brutal for taller people. We would try again if in area. Great coffee shop a couple……
