"Very cute a-frame in pleasant neighborhood, home is totally private as it is surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs. Home is very clean and well organized, lots of amenities and I loved that there was no tv though the boys grumbled a little at first (they ended the trip saying it was nice to not have the tv)! Super quick drive to Maxwelton beach. Host is very attentive and kind. Would highly recommend this property if you’re staying on Whidby!"

"This is just what my sister and I were looking for. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying beauty of the outdoors. There are a few items that could be updated inside or repaired but it didn’t distract from our stay. The kitchen didn’t have any bowls to make a salad."

"Super location and clean home. It was overcast the weekend we were there, but the views of birds and the water were still lovely! Easy check-in process and very responsive and kind property manager. A well stocked kitchen for cooking if you decide to do that. The only thing that we missed were blinds in one of the bedrooms. An easy fix! Thank you for an enjoyable stay!!! :)"

"Jack is an amazing host! We were nestled in the woods and woke to the sound of birds and frogs. We were gifted fresh bread and butter, coffee and half and half, and eggs from his chickens. "It was an exceptional experience to stay at this cottage! Everything was clean, neat and carefully curated to create a beachy vibe. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen so cute and easy to use! The grounds were amazing! A fountain, a gazebo, just glorious flower everywhere! I love victoriana, and it was a paen to that time. I can't wait to go back and explore again!"
