"ロケーションは良く、熊谷駅北口から徒歩５分です。但し敷地内に駐車場がないことで失望しました。提携駐車場があり800円のサービス券が貰えますが、高い駐車場なので一晩停めるとそれ以上かかります。そのため熊谷女子高校のすぐそばにあるオーク駐車場に車を停めました。30分100円ですが、最大駐車料金が12時間まで500円です。現金の他にクレジットカードで決済ができます。 宿泊して良かったのは、施設内に温泉があることです。興味を持ちましたが、時間の関係で部屋で入浴することにしました。普通のお湯だと思ったのですが、肌がツルツルになったので、全館温泉のお湯ではないかと思いました。"

"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. "If you're looking for a more upscale hotel in Omiya, Palace Hotel Omiya is an excellent choice. Staying here was definitely the right decision. I arrived from Haneda Airport using the Airport Limousine Bus, which took about 70 minutes. It was so convenient because I didn't have to worry about hauling large suitcases through busy train stations. The bus stop is just steps from the hotel entrance. The location is also ideal for travelers. It's only about a 3-minute walk to Omiya Station, and a pedestrian deck directly connects the hotel to the station. This made it incredibly easy to catch the Joetsu Shinkansen the next morning. While there are several hotels in the area, Palace Hotel Omiya stands out if you're looking for a more refined experience. The hotel has an elegant atmosphere, and the staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. The selection was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the live cooking station, where chefs prepared made-to-order egg dishes just the way you like them. It was a wonderful way to start the day. If you're seeking comfort, exceptional service, and a touch of luxury in Omiya, I highly recommend Palace Hotel Omiya. It combines outstanding convenience with the polished hospitality that makes a stay feel truly special."
