「It’s a good apartment hotel managed by Swiss Garden group. Check in took a lot of time and parking was a hassle, breakfast was below average. Other than that it was a pleasant stay」
「The shower was great the room nice and clean. The front desk was very nice checking in and out. They were nice and gave us a late check out. Only improvement i would suggest is that the bed is a little to firm (not uncomfortable, but not comfortable either)」
「The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!」

「Good and clean room for stay for one night, shutter provide from hotel to cable car terminal and outlet mall is good and efficient, but if can increase frequency of shuttle and required to ensure for hotel customer take a ride is better. 」
「Ac didn’t cool / mold on the wall and floor of the shower/ sink did not drain/ construction work around the area very hard getting to the place with all the trucks and road was very bad / the building was old and needed a face lift and the swimming pool was not being cleaned properly.」
