「The Chateau is such an exceptional resort with European style. Most importantly, if you'd like to escape from the noise and pollution, the Chateau is obviously your choice! I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! 「The property is embedded in a beautiful scenery and has a great view from the balcony. It is spacious and most things function well. It is a bit dirty, and a bit worn-out. Staff is friendly, uncoplicated. Parking on-site. 」

「Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please! Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. 」

「I have asked for a non-smoking room. Unfortunately I was given a smoking room since there is an ashtray in the room. What's more the room smells bad. I am or very sure someone or the previous guest has smoke in the room before our check-in」

「櫃枱服務人員熱心協助. 植物園小店,應賣些零食小食. 區內餐廳價格稍貴. 去植物園的接駁巴士很方便,但9點才發車第一班車,太晚了. (The counter staff is very helpful. The botanical garden shop should sell some snacks or simple food. The restaurant in the area is a little expensive. The shuttle bus to the botanical garden is very convenient, but the first shuttle bus is only available at 9 o'clock. It is too late.)」

「Basic but nicely put together. Condition of fittings and room are good and clean. Easy to park right in front of hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants and town centre which are all nearby. 」

「早餐有雞，羊，牛肉腸雞肉腸，即煮蛋，素食，沙拉奶酪麵包，早上可見雲海，但有毛巾沾有血跡，房間地板有些小黑班點，接駁車一小時一班，建議在繁忙時間需要加密班次，司機服務不錯有禮」

「The shower was great the room nice and clean. The front desk was very nice checking in and out. They were nice and gave us a late check out. Only improvement i would suggest is that the bed is a little to firm (not uncomfortable, but not comfortable either)」
