“We couldn’t fault our stay, it was lovely and very homely, we as a group have stayed in other pods and none compared to these. Everything had been thought of, from the complementary tea and coffee to the bread knife and toaster! Next time I will literally only be bring food, clothes and toiletries, oh and hopefully better weather 😉 We will all be back again soon, thank you Wigwam holidays.”

“What a treat this place is. We had an amazing nights stay only sorry we didn’t book for longer. The den was beautiful well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen accessories were great. The surrounding area was beautiful and meeting and feeding the alpacas was a special experience. The hosts were extremely pleasant and made us feel at ease. Highly recommended.”

“Check in was easy and the cottage clean and warm on arrival. It is small, but was perfect for 2 of us with everything we needed for 2 nights. Shower was hot and powerful. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on but not a problem. There is a public footpath that runs past the front door but we only saw one person all weekend. We did spot a deer through the kitchen window which was lovely to see. We did some lovely walks from the cottage. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or stay again. Thank you”

“This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. “Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!”

“The staff and communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Location was great, a Co-Op near by and a 10 min walk from Print Works, AO Arena - not far from everywhere really. Room was clean and tidy, spacious and equipped suitably. The boiler was rather noisy, and there was a slight food smell on the linens. Lovely welcome pack on arrival e.g. coffee, sugar, tea, hot chocolate and cookies, but no milk. Thankfully Co-Op over the road so not too much of a problem. The place was……

“Beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was so cosy, clean & well looked after. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very at home and were very attentive throughout our time. Great location and a short 5 minute drive to Haworth. “Pros: it was across the street from a little corner store. The beds were very comfortable. It was as the listing described and the yard was huge and fully fenced. Would have been a great place to bring a dog. Cons: the communication wasn't the best. We had to message and call numerous times before we were given the instructions to get into the house.We discovered later at night that there was no toilet paper other than a quarter roll, no dishcloths (just a scrubby brush), and some of the dishes……
