Hotel - when we arrive the staff were reluctant to give us the Superior Rooms we had booked and stated there couldn’t find the booking. Rooms - rooms were not cleaned or prepared, no toilet rolls, no towels, no tea or coffee. Staff - some were really helpful and others were not.
