「Make sure you're not getting an upstairs unit if you're afraid have heights or have any mobility issues. The spiral staircase looks a little scary but was solid. We felt like we were in a hotel room. Communication was great. Would absolutely stay here again.」

「Incredible host! Super accommodating and great communication!」

「This property is amazing if you’re traveling with the kids! I was very impressed with how kid focused it is, even though we didn’t have any older kids with us, just a 3 month old. The location was close to the beach so we walked to the beach & restaurants. The parking was street parking which made exploring a little harder out of fear of not being able to find parking closing by, we experienced this dilemma on our second night after returning from Disneyland. Uber is an option but not very...

「Close to shoreline marina and the restaurants and shops near there.」

「The rental was exactly as pictured and described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The building is older but the unit itself is bright and airy. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and addressed an issue we had immediately. Overall, a great stay and we'd be happy to stay in the unit again.」

「Apartment was very cute loved the decor. Location was perfect for our trip, close to the convention center, beaches and resturants. Neighbors were very nice and helpful with information. Parking was a bit of a hassle, there was limited street parking. Luckily a neighbors suggested the pay to park lot 2 blocks down.」

「This property was great, exactly as pictures show. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were perfect for us. Seating was ok for 5 adults. Property needed a scrubbing (including outdoor patio area). Issues we had.. we arrived around 12:30am and could not get in (as others have stated). I made many calls to make sure we had smooth entrance to no avail. Apparently there is 4 digit pin for the lockbox at the door of condo (not building, that is a separate code) that seems Marbella does not give...

「Property was as described and was in a perfect location if you're going to the convention center or the surrounding things to do. Great view of the boats coming in and the Queen Mary if your on that side」

「Good location, clean and nice facility but our unit was still under construction, so one of the bathrooms was leaking from the ceiling so not completely ready for prime time. Other than that good value.」

「Very good place to stay.!」

「Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach! Cute place. Will stay there, again.」

「Our stay was exceptional! The rules were clear and provided on time. We needed a boiling pot and the host found us one and dropped it off. This speaks to the hospitality we received. Very thankful to connect and stay in the property for more than 3 weeks on business.」

「The property was clean and our host is very friendly. I will definitely be trying to book this place the next time I come in town.」
