"I've never stayed at a Comfort Inn that was unacceptable..until now!! The room smelled like smoke. The carpet was stained (looked like a crime scene), faucet and toilet paper holder were broken. The hallway carpet was filthy and smelled musty and smokey. NEVER AGAIN!"

"We had a wonderful stay in the “bungalow “ and the hosts were excellent! So thoughtful and attentive. They even left some Berger cookies which were a wonderful surprise. Great spot and we could choose it again!"

"Firstly, the staff was lovely, and our room was clean. It’s also sitting in the middle of a college so there’s a lot of place to eat right next-door/within walking distance. But the hotel and area itself were very LOUD. We could hear the elevator mechanics screeching all night in the walls. People in the hallways were loud, despite there being a strict noise warning posted at the front desk. And again, the college kids were out and about all night - I didn’t begrudge them that, and we were technically visiting their home… but some travelers may not like that added noise. The biggest barrier to me ever booking at this location again is the off property parking. They do give you a voucher at the front desk to pay for it, but what a pain to have to walk from the hotel to a parking garage every time you need something from the car. So this location was not for me, but again the staff were really lovely so the stars are for them."

"Cozy, welcoming place in a nice location. Hosts were very communicative and made the check in/check out process a breeze. Just what we were looking for in a quick stay. Would stay here again in the future!"

"The communication with the host was excellent, and they helped us with a number of requests including a little early check-in and switching from heat to cooling due to our preference for cooler sleeping at night. The house is very tastefully renovated with high quality, and the beds very comfortable! The house is a duplex and the owner has a policy of no noise after 10 pm. So if quiet is a priority for you, it’s somewhat dependent on the neighbors cooperating. "

"Lincoln Loft was an ideal setup for us to house 3 generations for a family gathering in nearby Baltimore. Comfortable setting, and while it was just an overnight stay, the home was superior to being in hotel rooms. Everything we needed for relaxing at night, feeding babies throughout the night without interrupting the sleep of others, and a quick breakfast before heading out. Hosts were very kind and responsive, with excellent communication."
