And the staff at the restaurant is great as well. Then you get a free breakfast at the mermaid Café next-door and it is the perfect way to start your day after checkout. Can’t wait to visit again!」

「I had two nights. I was not informed about the cable change. So around 9 while I was in the shower the guy comes banging in the door wanting to come in. Check out time isn't till 11 if I wasn't staying even. Very rude. Says too bad it has to be done. I called the front desk no apology, no discount for running me out early. Not great customer service and inconsiderate 」

「The cabana roomed we stayed in was very convenient for beach access but the fixtures in the room were a mess. Broken chairs, stained furniture and the AC hanging on for dear life. Most of the time it was cooler outside than in the room. Images online are the rooms when they were brand new, of course, but they're in rough shape these days. Many elevators on site were out of service and the main pool was completely closed, so we were paying for amenities we didn't get the opportunity to utilize....

「The family condo is bright cozy and inviting. It has a full kitchen with a view of the beach that is unforgettable. It was so relaxing to sit in the balcony and watch the wave. Very clean. Amenities include a pool, barbecue and picnic area. Check in/out process is seamless. Any questions I had they were always helpful plus quick to reply. It is a hidden gem you can rent for a relaxing getaway.」

「The front desk staff are excellent and very accommodating. The view and access to the ocean is superb. The hotel is old and very dated. The carpets could use a refresh. The furniture needs replacement. It takes forever to get a hot shower and the baths drain very slowly. 」
