“I feel like I was deceived upon searching and reading on expedia.com this hotel seemed very clean and convenient for what I needed. I was traveling with 2 year old toddler and upon arrival the room did not have a microwave, the room’s air conditioning temperature was very warm, the refrigerator was not working and the room’s floor had hair on the corners and crevices of the bathroom. Also did not like that the hotel is not all enclosed. As soon as you get out of your room your outside. The……

“This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.”

“First the smell was horrible. I’m not sure what it was but it wasn’t pleasant in the hall ways or in the room I was tempted to leave as others did but I used my OneCash and didn’t want to come out of pocket for a quick one night trip. The a/c leaked pretty bad floor gets super wet. Then the a/c kept wanted to switch to heat so a bit annoying. The pet fee is pretty high and not the same as I had seen on Expedia. “cheap price. The room was good”

“The hallways are wide open motel style which makes the hallways extremely hot and lets bugs in. The room was small but adequate. Our air conditioner in our room did not drain properly and our entire rug was soaked. They did come try to dry it with a machine. Also found a rusty razor blade under the bed. It was extremely close to the beach. Just a 9 minute walk to the beach and coligny plaza. It is in a great location.”

“The first room I was assigned literally had black mold and a leaking mirror and sink. The second the shower wouldn’t drain, I even went and bought drano to try to make it better. Never again.”

“Beds were comfortable, very friendly staff. Parking was ridiculous it is a mile away on a gravel road dang near pitch black limited lighting!!! A roach crawled on my Wife while sitting on the bed!! Disappointed and Disgusted!!! Very disappointed in our stay! We were offered nothing for this disaster by the property !! We will not return ever!!”

“Did not like the pool bar line. The line would get to about 10 people consistently at the busy time of day. I timed the wait and it was around a 15 to 20 minute wait for a drink in 107 real feel temperature. They should double up the pool walk up bar staff. They would double their revenue.”

“Room was clean and brightly decorated. It felt retro.The short walk to the beach was amazing. We were able to come and go while some in our party took naps. Walked to different restaurants each night. Would stay again.”
