“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”

“Excellent location. Just minutes walking to the beach. Rooms are sufficiently sized. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am and includes a variety of bagels, yogurt, cereal/granola, hard boiled eggs, fruits, fruit juice and coffee. There is swimming pool with towels. The only thing to caution is that the property charges $10 per night parking in their premises. This was in the fine print and not explicitely disclosed during the booking.”

“Our stay was very disappointing. On the first day, we discovered that the refrigerator in our room wasn’t working. We reported the problem to front desk several times, but no one came to repair or replace it. By the second day, all of our leftovers had spoiled, along with our bottled water and other drinks. The spoiled food caused a strong, unpleasant odor in the room that lingered throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the smell became so bad that it made my daughter feel sick. Secondly, after……

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large. Bathrooms could be bigger. limited Parking and you have to park on the street up to 1/4 mile down the road. Breakfast is $20 if purchased on site and is nothing more than the free breakfast you get at an ordinary hotel. Just go eat out somewhere else. Good location. Close to Coligny Plaza.”

“The location of this hotel is excellent, which is one of the main reasons we chose it. Unfortunately, our overall experience did not meet the expectations we had for a 4-star resort. One of the biggest disappointments was arriving to find that breakfast was not included as we had believed when booking through Breakaway. We ended up paying approximately $80 for breakfast, which felt expensive given that some items, including the eggs, were cold. We also experienced slow service at dinner one……

“Hot tub was not working properly. Bathroom and closet area was cramped. view from room was of a parking lot. Coffee was terrible.”

“The inside of the hotel is remodeled and looks really good when you make it into the room . Walking up to the room is not so nice . The outside of the hotel is pretty bad with ceiling tiles missing and water leaking from AC units and the stairways are really dirty looking. I wish they would have shown pictures of what you are walking into no just the pictures of the remodeled rooms. Location is really good though.”
