The owner was very helpful and friendly and paid attention to lots of details, which made my stay very pleasant. My room was clean, very comfortable and warm. The bathroom was large and the shower was great. Breakfast was really delicious and excellent quality. All in all a great place to stay!

Steph was friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble for her. Selection for breakfast was excellent and extremely tasty with good quality jams & sauces. The en-suite bathroom had a large shower with plenty of hot water, complimentary toiletries good quality towels the bath sheets were thick and soft. Bedroom super size very comfortable bed, TV & a couple of comfy armchairs. Full size kettle with complimentary teas & coffee with fresh milk kept in the fridge outside the dining room. Going outside the French doors we had our own grassed area including table & 2 chairs. There is nothing to fault staying at Steph & Allen’s everywhere was immaculately clean with on site parking. Will definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. Jane & Mick, from Chesterfield.

Gorgeous well maintained secluded property in lovely surroundings away from it all. Our garden room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated and clean. Our hosts were warm friendly and chatty, even calling us into the private kitchen to see a doe and fawn in the garden. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again if we are in the area

Lovely rural bed and breakfast

Very pleasant stay in the spacious Courtyard Room. Spotlessly clean. Quiet and peaceful rural location. Easy parking. Comfortable bed. Easy chairs to relax indoors plus table and chairs outside to enjoy the afternoon sun. Friendly and helpful hostess. Enjoyed the full English breakfast, plus cereal, yoghurt, toast and preserves if you have the appetite. Kettle, tea and coffee available in the room with fresh milk in a nearby mini fridge. Spacious en suite with nice towels, toiletries and plenty of hot water. The town of Bungay is about 10 minutes drive away and the Suffolk coast no more than 45 minutes drive.

Brilliant!

It was a wonderful short stay, perfect if one likes on-road and off-road cycling and being in nature. A short trip into beautiful Bungay. The en-suite room was very spacious, had a little courtyard with chairs and a table to enjoy the sun, a lovely individual breakfast and very friendly chatty hosts. Warmly recommended!

Super B & B

We had a wonderful nights stay at this beautiful b & b. Steph is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble - our lovely room was absolutely spotless, very tastefully furnished with thoughtful touches left for us. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was very tasty. We enjoyed ourselves so much we have already booked again. Highly recommended we would rate this 10/10

Don’t miss this one!

Absolutely fabulous accommodation, exceptionally clean and to a super high standard. I stay away 4 nights a week for work and this has to be the most home from home venue I’ve found so far. Extremely comfortable bed, good room temperature, peaceful and relaxed. Owner was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Privacy was respected entirely. Breakfast was just amazing. I recommend you pay this one a visit, it’s an absolute gem, great value for money and puts chain hotels to shame!

2 night stay at the Grove Barn- Superb!

This stay was excellent, much better than your day in, day out generic hotel chain. The attention to detail was superb and the owner Steph couldn't do enough for you. I will definitely be staying here again when down in the area for business. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and modern with excellent WiFi for working which is sometimes a struggle in those areas. The photos online don't do the Grove Barn justice. I just wish i brought my running stuff as the surrounding scenery and country roads were beautiful! 5 Star service.
