The house needs exterminating and the A/C may need a little TLC as it not quite cooling as it should. It looked like maybe the home had not been rented for some time; but overall it is a family friendly home with easy access to the main roads. There is a security system that includes cameras in the common areas inside the home as well.

Some Disappointments
The house is OK but the AC reverting to 77 automatically was a discomfort. The lack of toilitries for ladies was only partially remedied. The bi-fold doors to the linen closet being off-track was not satisfactory. Having to purchase my own wasp spray and get ride of wasps near entry was done, but I should not have had to do it myself. There were not enough plates for six people. Not enough knives, forks, spoons. The rating might have been higher with a little more attention to supplies and repairs.
