"The convenience and completely stress free accommodation was superb. The room had superb bedding and quiet. I would not expect to stay at a resort in an airport. The restaurants - Oh my, outstanding. The Chefs are among the very best in Orlando. My next girls outing will be at this Hyatt."

"Room was suffice not a lot of space but clean and pest free. Nice large bathroom with shower shelves to place items. The breakfast was excellent with fruits, hot eggs and bacon sausage just like the pictures. Parking was easy and very full lot, though stranger noises coming from the bushes at night. I would definitely stay here again and again. In walking distance to a flea market and McDonalds very nice location. The theme park shuttle is free but picks up too early before the parks even close."

"Overall the hotel is a steal for all they have to office at their price point. We usually travel abroad and stay in all inclusive so it was nice to have multiple options to dine at under one roof. The food at the poolside restaurant was great and so was the sports bar inside. We were honestly not impressed with the quality of food at the steakhouse and actually had a better steak at Longhorn later that week. the ambiance was nice at the steak house which we were celebrating our anniversary at. my only major gripe was that children were constantly in the hot tubs unsupervised day after day and we could not enjoy it. They were there past the 15 min max limit and none of the staff who walked by and saw this said anything to them. We also felt that the parking fee should be included with the $30 daily resort fee as it is in most other resorts. I was also hoping for a full service spa but did enjoy the boutique one while I was there. overall, I would stay again but I think I would ask staff to address the kids in the hot tub so that I could enjoy it too."

"Rooms were extra large with a bedroom and suite. Daily coffee pods where provided. Bathroom was large with shower that was more than sufficient and immediate hot water, with two sinks; one in the shower area and another outside of it. Staff was friendly and location was in the center of all the parks. Breakfast was excellent with staff always present maintaining the are clean and fully stocked despite the multitude that were there every morning."

"Excellent facilities, grounds are well kept and very beautiful. 10/10 for families. Our one bed villa was very modern , well equipped and spotlessly clean . My only complaint was the lack of sun shades at the pool ( only 2 at our pool ) with temperatures reaching 100 degrees when we were there it was unbearable without a sun shade. Anyone with children could not have stayed more than an hour at the pool before it was dangerous for children. Also the parking fee of $30 per day would really make me think about booking again. We were only there for 5 days but we usually stay 10/12 days in Orlando and this will significantly add to our budget."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. We chose it to be close to the attractions we wanted to visit- Sea World, Discovery Cove, and Aquatica. We were able to walk to Sea World, take the free shuttle to Aquatica and back to Sea World, and drive to Discovery Cove (free parking). We arrived early, but did not have our room ready. We could have used the pools in the meantime, but they were closed because of lightning in the area. We were promptly alerted our room was ready at 4pm. This property is very large. Once at our property a very friendly worker grabbed us a cart and helped bring in our luggage. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom room with a full kitchen. Each bedroom had a screen-covered balcony. We were in building 7 and were right by the third pool. There are three pools, fitness center (which my husband used twice), kids park, and ping pong tables, shuffle board, tennis & pickleball courts. We only went in the small pool near our room and the waterfall pool. Both pools are kept at a refreshing temperature. The restaurant was good. They have a lot of gluten free options. We loved the spicy slice pizza (ordered it two times!) They are under staffed so it does take a bit of time, so just plan accordingly. Just a heads up, upon getting your parking pass (a separate place), they will try to sign you up for their sales pitch at a future date and location. We would definitely stay again."
