「This building is downtown, placing you in a great launch pad to see everything Chicago has to offer. The building was clean and easy to access, and home to many young professionals. The Kasa floor was quiet and well-kept. Staff was responsive by text. Kitchen was not well-stocked but it had enough to get by. 」

「This was an amazing stay. It’s not a hotel, really. But, it was a 1-bedroom apartment including a room with a king bed, living area with a fold out, laundry with detergent, full kitchen with all amenities that included coffee, tea and sugar. The windows are floor to ceiling overlooking the MBI college campus and city views. The front desk staff are sometimes helpful and friendly, and sometimes not, depending who was working. It’s walkable to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc. Overall,...

「We had a great stay. We weren’t able to check in when we thought we would and had to go straight to our event so we got a text message on how to get into the building. What you have available to you is just as described. Place was clean but definitely had some wear and tear. I had read reviews online and the had mentioned parking was hard so I was able to reserve a parking spot nearby through a parking app. City noise throughout the night but nothing jarring.
