“DO NOT BOK HERE!!!! This booking is a complete scam. Once you have booked the non refundable room they tell you a $300 cash wire transfer is to be made for a security deposit with your state issued ID. I called because this is nowhere stated and was immediately hung up on. Expedia “customer service” made several attempts to contact the property to which there was never an answer. I was stuck with zero and I mean zero help from Expedia. There is a similar review that was made recently as well. I……

“Overall experience is pretty good. The instructions to access the unit is clear and self explanatory and I can get to the place without much problem. The thing I like most is the location. It is very conveniently located and is close to blue line subway which takes only 10-15 minutes to downtown. Bus is also very accessible and friendly. “It’s a really nice place. Its quite a distance from downtown Chicago. But it’s like 3 minutes from Chicago Blue line and a minute away from the bus station. Food is not a problem since there is a Korean grocery nearby. There is also a nearby Catholic church. The ameneties in this loft hotel is complete so if you are looking for a budget style trip and accommodation, I highly recommend this place.”

The rooftop area was great and being able to watch tv with the city lights was so fun plus the main bathroom had heated floors. I was very impressed with the penthouse. 10/10 would definitely recommend staying here.”

“We were very happy with our stay. The place was clean and fully stocked. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The sleep mat was also very comfortable. My family also utilized the study area and gym on the first floor. The train was only about a 5-minute walk away which was very convenient. And we had a car for part of our stay and was able to find street parking and also used Spot Hero.”
