「This place had the most comfortable bed of our entire 2.5 week trip. We had everything we needed, and anything we forgot, the staff provided gladly. They were friendly and recommended some local restaurants. The tube station is about a 9 minute walk, so we were able to get around with no issue. My only problem was figuring out how to use the washer/dryer combo. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and the towels were super soft! They even gave us slippers to wear in the room! Eventually , it was found that the bathroom floor of the room upstairs was full of water after bath. That’s the reason why water leaking to my room. Worse still, the hotel is full and I couldn’t get any room changed. "
