「We had a great time! Our expectations were exceeded everywhere, the house, the dock, the outdoor patio, everywhere. The house was very clean and the furniture very comfortable. The gas grill that connected to the gas line was so convenient, no need to worry about needing a propane exchange. The dock had plenty of seating and space, it’s where we spent the majority of our time. We would absolutely book this house again!」

「Great property. As listed. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Well stocked. Loveseat in living room very comfortable but couch well worn and felt lumpy to sit on. Large wrap around porch and rocking chairs were nice to enjoy since the weather was cool. Would suggest blowing off porch and knocking down spider webs at doors before guests arrive but I understand the owner was out of town when we checked in. Just a nice suggestion for the future.」

「Perfect quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of west Knoxville. We thoroughly enjoyed the back porch for visiting and morning coffee. Fifteen minute drive into the city, depending on traffic.The owner and host are very attentive and available. Will definitely stay here again!As noted in previous reviews, the layout of the bedrooms is different. The bedroom with 2 queen beds is only accessible by walking thru another bedroom.
