“I had a great stay!! ”

“This area was very sketchy to the point where our group didn’t want to stay but it was Non-Refundable so the only saving grace was the garage that we were able to pull in with all of our luggage on top. The other downside was that the front door didn’t have a deadbolt or another more secure lock on it so we felt we needed to put a chair against the door just in case. The other thing was that it was very nicely decorated but a lot of scuffs on the paint and a bit cheaply redone throughout. Also……

“Okay, so this house was DISGUSTING beyond belief and I’m appalled at how it was given to us. 1. Cockroaches scurrying around the house - we had to run and close all our suitcases and didn’t want to sit with our feet on the floor - not very relaxing! (see video of the biggest cockroach!).2. Dirty pillowcase and sheets with visible stains (photos). 3. Bugs all over the place (photo). 4. Pool with NO steps or ladder so you have to use your upper body strength as you kick to catapult yourself out……

“Served us for the night. Cannot recommend though. Bathroom sink hits me mid thigh, I’m 5’7”. Okay bed, we crashed but… linens meh, bedspread had what I assume was dog poop gives one an uneasy feeling about the whole place and cleanliness routine. ”

“While the host was responsive and the house was generally clean, our stay was marked by several serious issues. Although the home is attractive and in a nice neighborhood, it is clearly in need of better maintenance. Some furniture requires repair or replacement, and the exterior shows signs of neglect.The most significant problem occurred upon arrival: there was no heat and no hot water. The gas meter had been locked due to a tornado that occurred in the neighborhood weeks earlier. Arriving……

“Loved staying at the Lucky House, huge house with plenty of beds, very clean, and had everything you needed! Would stay here again!”

“The house was a perfect setting for our family Christmas. They even decorated for the holiday so beautifully which made it that much better. We enjoyed the view from all the bedrooms and decks and it was a great weekend to spend time in the backyard. My niece and nephews came over and loved the kids playroom and we were all able to pile on the large couch downstairs and watch movies. There are a lot of stairs in the house so it is not very handicap accessible. My aunt visited and just had a……
