A recently renovated duplex equipped with furniture and amenity updates for your absolute comfort.The first floor unit of the home gives you a hotel experience, but without the room service of course. Plush furniture, soft towels, toiletries, kitchenware, TV, and WiFi for your use. Gated property with a private drive-way and a spacious front and backyard for your leisure. The house is located in the middle of the city, so no matter what direction you’re headed it won’t take you long to reach your destination. The charm of the house is that it is central yet tucked away so that you can relax and escape the hustle and bustle of Houston, TX. The house is suitable for children and infants so take advantage of the restaurants & entertainment nearby. Take a walk to Emancipation Park to rent a bicycle and ride around the city, visit a local brewery, attend a concert, or head to Midtown for the nightlife!

Relaxing stay

The family and I were there for a week, and loved it. The host was very accommodating, even checked in on us while we were there. The neighborhood was quiet and really close to downtown. Next time we stay in Huston I hope this property is available.

We stayed in the bottom half of the house. It was clean & stocked with everything we needed for our weekend get away! Weather was bad, lost power but the host was kind enough to offer us a small reimbursement as we did have to get a hotel 1 night just beside of Texas heat we couldn’t go without AC! All in all this place is great, the gate made us feel safe & the host was wonderful. Easy check in and check out process.

Excellent host

My friend and I came down to hang out for the weekend and stayed at this lovely property. It had everything we needed including gated parking. Angelina was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Houston.

Very clean, spacious and quiet. The faucet in the bathroom is almost at a trickle. Overal, really enjoyed and I would stay and recommend to anyone. Angelina was great!

Great place Will repeat!

Communication Was very easy and very prompt. The place was very clean, even though we never use the kitchen. It was very nice. Plenty of sheets and blankets for a cold person like myself. It was close to many places to eat and but we mostly order in. I will deff book this place again for all my travels to this part of Texas!

Simple quiet home

The downstairs duplex was located in a diverse neighborhood of Houston in a convenient part of town. The parking felt safe behind the house behind gates. We liked the cleanliness of the home overall but felt it needed some upkeep in terms of mattress (one was super sunken in the middle) and one bedroom AC that did not work. It was nice that they had a washer and dryer.
