「It was cozy. However the upstairs neighbors were loud. A rug inside the door is essential. Especially with the snowy wet weather. No rug and the snow and salt residue was all over. I did use some cleaner to attempt to wipe it up before we left. Also, some people were lingering I think looking for the neighbors but attempted our apartment without knocking. 「This accommodation smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The AC thermostat was broken, could not be turned from the off position to on. The glasses in the cabinets were dirty. There were no hooks or handles in the bathroom to hang towels. The carpet going up the 2 flights of stairs was old, dirty, and stained. There is no onsite parking, it’s metered street parking.
