“Our stay was really great. The room was clean, elevators were fast and efficient. We enjoyed the pool, restaurants, and the Starbucks coffee in the morning. The pool area itself was a bit uncomfortable as the area surrounding the pool had tiny little bits of the surface design that hurt our feet and became stuck. The walkway over to the blind tiger could desperately use some attention and looks pretty bleak from above. The staff were very kind however and the entire experience and interactions……

“The only good things I can say about this hotel are that it is a beautiful old building, the rooms are spacious, and the views of the beach are lovely. Unfortunately, everything else about our stay was extremely disappointing. The showers are old and badly in need of updating. Housekeeping is only available until 11:00 a.m., and apparently it is outsourced rather than handled in-house. If you leave your room too late, it simply does not get cleaned. The towels we were given were stained. I was……

“Beach was dirty & water very brown & murkey looking. Come to biloxi for casinos not the beach or the Gulf of Mexico view. Lots of homeless people sleeping on benches close to the property. Very dark at night not very many street lights in town...”

“Great budget stay right on the beach. No complaints here, except that one time we came just a bit after they lock the front door and the lady was there...could have opened but made us walk around the building to the back door... No big deal and I kinda understand...just felt a little weird.”
