“Needs more upkeeping even the most transited area elevators needed more to be clean and the only late night eating option (steak and Shake) needs to be clean.”

“Absolutely love!!! 110% recommend. I was a little nervous with it being north of the bay, but it was still very convenient. The room was gorgeous! The entire property was very well maintained. My only recommendation is music at the pool.”

“This property is GREAT! The only complaint we have is that there was mildew on the a/c vent and on a lampshade in room 6112. The room was clean; however, when walking into the room, you could smell the mildew. I suggest the air filters be changed out and the filters cleaned properly.”

“Excellent hotel in Biloxi. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, nice amenities and very clean. Nice to be able to walk on the pier and enjoy the water. The Non-smoking casino was also a plus. Very close to restaurants and entertainment venues.”

“Made a trip to Ocean Springs/Biloxi and found this beautiful hotel. The room and amenities were so clean!! I loved the gym and pool. It has such an amazing view. Definitely recommend this hotel 🤗”

“Everything was great”

“Staff great. There was an overly drunk guy in the waiting area and I was mortified, he was being very obnoxious. The room was ok. I didn’t like that the window covers u could see outside and inside the room. The door lock didn’t not stay locked I made sure I put bags in front of it to make sure the door would stay closed. I would not stay here again. And the “security” or the place u could access everything without a key.”

“This place charges $50 to check in an hour early. I had three rooms for my family and I to stay. Not one of the TV’s ever worked. Front desk blamed the weather and Satellite dish. It never rained a drop the 20 hours we stayed there. All three rooms had very loud A/C units when they kicked on. Overall, I was not impressed one bit. The Hyatt Place in Biloxi MS. has been removed from our list of hotels.”

“Breakfast was ok, everything else wonderful ”

“We stayed in a King ocean view suite! Great view of the ocean and the 4th of July fireworks. They do go all night! The breakfast was great, freshly made scones were amazing.”

“Our stay was probably one of the worst we have ever experienced. The hallways, as well as our room, was filled with pot smoke all weekend. There wasn’t enough water pressure to take a shower. NONE. We had to go to a friend’s home to shower. I do not recommend !!!”

“We had an amazing stay at the Quality Inn! The location couldn't have been better it's directly across from the beach and just minutes from great restaurants, shopping, and Edgewater Mall, making everything incredibly convenient. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any questions. Just a friendly heads-up: there is a $100 refundable room deposit required at check-in. Our room was very clean, smelled fresh, and the hot shower was perfect after spending the day at……
