“The condo was very clean and comfortable in a quiet complex. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the balcony looked into the woods with a mountain view to the right. It is exactly as pictured, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The road to the condo is also exactly as described - the typical steep, winding road to the top of the mountain, but in very good condition. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to my messages.”

“The house was perfect for a little get away with the family. Had enough room for all the kids to have their own beds. Only cons were listing said about a dishwasher, a keurig, bee issues and check in was terrible. There was no dishwasher, but dishwasher pods there. There was no keurig, but a regular coffee maker. The host was fast at getting someone to stop out to the house to take care of the bee issues, but wasn’t able enjoy due to wasp still being all around. The check in process when asked……

“Satisfied”

“Very comfortable. Excellent view. Highly recommended family 5 to 6.”

“The property was quiet and on a golf course. We often enjoyed mornings on the balcony with golfers playing. The condo was about 30 minutes from Gatlinburg but it was nice to be away from the noise and busy streets.”

“Enjoyable small getaway with great views.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we walked in, the condo felt welcoming, and like a home away from home. It was the perfect place to come back to after spending the day exploring Gatlinburg. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and just taking in the peaceful mountain views. The location was great—close to everything, but still quiet enough to relax. The hosts made everything easy, and responded quickly if we had a question! We’d definitely stay here again and……

“The condo needs some updating in the bathroom shower is broken the sliding door doesn’t have a blind so can’t watch tv in there during the day and hard to sleep there at night. The bedroom doesn’t have a remote so couldn’t watch tv in there. Asked for remote and blind solution and they said they would send maintenance and they never did. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay. Our condo was so clean and inviting. It is such a lovely place to vacation - a home away from home. The views were stunning and were the cherry on top! The location was perfect - close to everything but just outside to enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. We would love to come again.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Cozy Cub." This is a condo located high up on the side of a mountain, in a complex called "Deer Ridge Mountain Resort." The views are truly beautiful. One of the highlights of our trip was simply sitting on the balcony snacking on wine & cheese while watching the ever-changing mountains at sunset. Ed is a great host who went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed during our stay.”

“Everything was great. The only issue we had was how hard the beds were but other than that. the view was amazing and the space for 5 people was very good.”
