“good，hope the breakfast was better”

“Hallways were dirty, sink and mirror gross, broken bed stand, hot tub works but had to ask staff they went in the maintenance closet to turn on. The breakfast was not good and when we went down for breakfast we had to renew our cards because we had no access to our room this was before 10 and check out isn't till 11! Manager was a very non negotiable type stating it was because I didn't book with them they wouldn't accommodate. Will not ever return!”

“I stayed the night of May 5th and had stayed at this property several times as I have a student at DSU. This was by far the worst and I am considering cancelling my future reservations. The TV did not work initially (no signal) and the person who came to fix it Tuesday evening around 8 PM spent more time playing video games on his phone in my room than fixing the TV. The carpet had not been vacuumed as there were many items (food particles, gravel, dirt, etc. on the floor. I had to wipe food……
