Hartford Pet-friendly Hotel

"It was a great stay, there was three problems. 1. Our air condition was broken we told them in the morning they didn’t come to fix it, we came back and had to tell them again but it was fixed right away once we told them again. 2. Staff could have had better handle on the guest, kids were running wild (parents didn’t care) these adults we ran into drinking the lobby were rude, and seemed like an odd place to let someone sit around getting drunk 3. We were charged and not told why and couldn’t get answer they have yet to refund us However, we go back to area every year and do plan to stay again "

"We have stayed at this location twice now. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the location cant be beat if you are going to the zoo, fair grounds, or anywhere close to 94. There is also two great restaurants attached to the hotel and plenty more very close!"

"Arrived earlier than expected and was happy they had a room ready for us. Bed was clean, the room was fine. Breakfast was great - no complaints. The only problem was the toilet doesn't flush well. Called for service and a toilet plunger was left outside our room. (I actually thought a maintenence person was). No big deal we could try to fix it ourselves. Overall, was a satisfactory stay."
