“I rented a double bedroom, but when I showed up there were no more available, thankfully they had a king with a fold out couch that would work we were able to switch to. I cannot eat gluten, so the breakfast was a moot point and the others with me were not impressed by it. The room was not very clean, and the toilet seat did not fit the actual toilet so that was weird. The water pressure was TERRIBLE and even though we would have loved a bath we couldnt trust the cleanliness sadly.”

“Everything was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was they only have 2 handicap parking spots. Other than that I highly recommend the facility. ”

“The room was ok, an older motel. Room was clean with no breakfast but lower price. ”

“TV did not work, but staff fixed it. Toilet was dirty, but i took care of that. Other than that, i would stay there again. Just wish they still had an eatery still there. ”

“When we entered the resident, there was half full trash can. There was urine and toilet paper in the toilet. All the appliances were streaked from attempted cleaning. The backyard was a mess. Kids couldn't play back there. All toys look like they were never cleaned.”

“The treehouse was fun and very clean and our check-in instructions were easy to follow. The downsides were that we stayed in the winter and because it’s a treehouse it was pretty cold on the bottom level away from the heater. The top level that had the bedroom was plenty warm. It is also a farm so roosters do crow at 5:30am, so sleeping in may or may not be an option! Also, the ranch cart does not work too well in cold conditions so you may have to walk a bit in the cold. I think this place is……

“This is a junk house. I cancelled and checked out immediately after seeing the room with torn curtains not hanging on the valance, non functional TV. Cigarette butts all over the grounds. I could go on.”

“Absolutely beautiful outdoor spaces. House was comfortable and spacious, great for a gathering of people. Could use some updating here and there, but was very clean. We plan on coming back next year!”

“It was a very clean and comfy place for my family from out of town to stay. Also, it has a well stocked kitchen with snacks, spices and plenty of utensils and nice appliances. ”
